I received a charge to my credit card of around $200 at the beginning of the year.Not recognizing it, I immediately called AdvoCare.

I had never dealt with them after I looked over their products on their website. They admitted that it was a fraudulent charge and said they would issue a credit. A month later, still no credit. I called again.

They had no record of my earlier call, but after insisting that they "look harder" they did and said a credit had been authorized, but would take a week to 10 days (?) to go through.

Still no credit received another month later.I think this company was behind the fraudulent charge in the first place so beware of giving them your credit card number.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $207.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
