I tried the 24 day challenge for the second time in 4 years as t had worked for me in the past.This time I signed up as a preferred customer as I thought the discount would help me meet in purchasing more products.

I was please with the results of my products and my initial dealings with the distributor. As I continued I was encourage to buy more to get to my next discount level. However it was never explained to me that there were pay periods and your dollar amount would reset to zero if you didn't purchase $500 within 3 months. Of course it was in very small print but they never chose to educate the consumer.

What a shame. I was then encouraged to call customer service to resolve my issue because my distributor told me they're amazing !!!!

What a crock when I called they did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue.DO NOT I REPEAT FALL INTO THIS SCAM

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
