Id just like to say that the products work & is a healthier alternative to energy drinks. Whether you believe its a scheme or not, perfomance nutritional supplements sold in stores like GNC & stores designed for athletes/body builders are more priceY.

I know cuz ive purchased hundreds of dollars worth & gotten less product & less results. The idea of "making money" through advocare is based more off networking & face to face interaction with the public & not on scamming people. I do tell people about it because i promote anything i thimk is good. Whether it be an affordable or free self defense place or another place of business i go to.

That is how networking & capitalism works. You get sum who do it poorly to make $$$ & others who just tell other athletes, moms etc it worked for them.

Reason of review: Good quality.

Location: Pueblo, Colorado

Spark is not a safer alternative to energy drinks. It is sweetened with Splenda aka Sucralose.

Do some research and will see there are studies being conducted and linking it to leukemia and other types of cancer. The are also list of side effects Splenda causes over time.

Please google the word sucralose aka latin sucrose..SUGAR AKA CANE SUGAR! as in not splenda.

im allergic to splenda & aspertame & id know if it had it. Bottom line.. if u dont like it, dont use it. Use a other brand to get your results.

Go to any GNC store & by weight loss pills, body building stuff, hydroxycut etC.

I like thr product & seen results. Thanks & take care

The supplements are loaded with sucralose, sugar, caffeine, and in some cases banned drugs that are not listed.

Google the company and read about it under controversies on wikipedia - DO NOT GET SCAMMED AND HARMED!!!

Sucralose aka sucrose is sugar, and sugar is better for you than sugar substitutes and aspartame. It does have caffeine in it, but Spark has only 120mg of it, and if you start coming the energy drinks or coffees you buy like Star Bucks frappies etc or the 5hr Energy Drinks, those are "loaded" with nothing but caffeine and taurine etc.

My brother at 16 ended up with a heart condition from too many energy drinks. At 16 he was being scouted by colleges to play basketball. His heart condition killed that career but also any chance of a military career too. And if they are using drugs unlisted and banned, then how come pro athletes are using them?

They get drug tested constantly for anything and everything. Football players to the National Soccer Leagues and CrossFit champions use it and now it's safe & won't ruin their careers. Ultimately whomever is going to use the product will make the choice if they want to use AdvoCare or a product you can by at any store. I was using Hydroxycut for a long time, knowing it wasn't exactly good for me.

Losing weight was more important. And I never lost weight on it, just gave me boosts of energy.
