I have come to the same conclusion

The other part is that some people need the herd to go with and that is provided by the group setting and advisors. So pay for their time and eat and drink real foods.

I can't do dairy but do alternative that work just as well and I do take a probiotic as per Naturopath orders. I lost 11 lbs then after going off the strict diet have gained all back plus 5. Oi! All my fault as I quit eating the low carbs and stopped focusing on what was going on in my daily intake.

I don't count calaries but do measure oz. Of protein and cups of veggies and oz.

Of water.

When you stop you start to eat and drink junk....you must change your mind or you slide right back to old habits and easy to eat but bad for you foods. There is no easy way or secret pill...change your mind and change your body and life.......

There is nothing strict about proper eating. form healthy habbits that allow you to live a productive healthy life and stick to them.

There is no eating junk, you are poisoning yourself when you have the knowledge to avoid it. Hope you are not a smoker.
