AdvoCare - Weight Loss Product Review from Savannah, Georgia
I have always been healthy and regular. I started Advocare on a Monday, followed it to a tee.
Ended up going to the ER with severe dehydration on the next Monday night. I didn't go to the bathroom until Saturday before I went to ER.The entire day I felt like I was contracting the flu and spent until Monday night throwing up. Let's backtrack - the first night I took Advocare I started having weak pains in my knee and right hip. The next day it was excruciating.
That night I could not sleep at all. Yes, I am an *** for not discontinuing advocare, but I have always been healthy with no allergies so I kept going. I am writing to see if anyone has had similar experiences? Oh, and by the way--- those leg pains ended up being shingles.
Again, I wasn't under stress and followed the program exactly as the directions said(at least 90 oz of water daily).
Would love to get any kind of feedback as to what possibly happened to me. Thanks
Reason of review: Bad quality.

followed it to a tee? not!!!
Ok back track... your saying you had to go to ER for not drinking proper amount of fluids.
Which... even if you dont drink your body weight in water.. 3-5 water bottles a day should be sufficient really... then u got a rash...
which turned out to be shingles & unrelated to this...
I dont understand... are u claiming advocare gave u shingles & its their fault you were constipated & didnt get enough water or are you just saying you had a bad week when you started?
Well apparently drinking at least half your body weight in water, you overlooked that part!
For my body and activity level, I'm supposed to drink 80-90 ounces per day.
I'm pretty sure that's not half my body weight...
