just a word out to any who might be about to try Advocare's Muscle fuel pre workout product.....It's not for everyone.

After my first dose I'm pretty sure my head may blow off the top of my body.... even 5 hours after my very intense workout,,in which I'm sure I detatched at least several feet of connective tissue from between my muscles and my bones.

I'm a life'r in the iron sport of drug free wieght lifting and I gotta tell ya I've done not alot of supplements but this stuff jacks you up bad.

There's alot to be said for a healthy diet, good rest, and hard work. If you are considering tring this for an extra edge rethink what you are tring to accomplish. If your goal is optimal health, I don't think this is the answer. If your tring to cheat your body into better performance, this will definately feel like your gettin it done.. maybee some trophy or higher self esteem is worth the risk to you ... I'm just sayin " be Ready".

Monetary Loss: $40.

Who writes this garbage. Sounds like this guy never had a pre workout before and it sounds like its his first time in a gym.

The testing that Advocare did in developing muscle fuel is pretty extensive if you do your research and its informed choice certified so there is nothing banned in it. Just say it didnt work rather than being extra about the stuff because your pissed off for whatever reason other than using the product because theres definetly more to the comment

It had absolutely no effect on me

I'm not a salesman just a guy with an un bias opinion. I've tried advocare muscle fuel once and a 24 day clense.

I was in India for a couple of months and ended up struggling with Chrones for a about three years. I took the clense and problem solved! I dropped body fat from 28 to 18 in the next 3 mos.Probably there are a lot of clense options out there that are equal, but that's the one I took because my Personal trainer annoyed me into trying it. I tried other products not bad but no better than anything else.

Also recommend muscle fuel. Only did it once but one of my best work outs ever! Strength and stamina!!

Got in 2 more sets on every thing and heavier than usual. If anything try the muscle fuel.

The writer is from Bowling Green, Kentucky. This man has no credibility or validity... Also he probably couldn't even read the product label correctly.

Side note, many people in the NFL use Advocare because they can be sure there are no banned substances in any of their products.

I looked into advocare and lots of their products are good. truth is any product you try whether its from gnc or vitamin shoppe some work dome don't. you can get a full refund if product dont work from advocare

Get Real.

First of all, you are all *** You can cram McDonald's, Taco Bell, Carls Jr and Soda without skipping a beat so I find it hard to believe AdvoCare products alone have made you this angry, sounds like a bigger issue to me. Cry Babies!

Secondly, you were unsuccessful in AdvoCare because your unsuccessful in life.

Lastly, AdvoCare offers a work program. Go to the gas station if you want to win the lottery. Signing up for an AdvoCare membership won't make you money, I know this sounds crazy but in a working business you actually would have to "sell" something to earn money ***

Haha so true!

You're right Billy. They do give Brees free product.

Don't you think he could endorse Gatorade and make millions. Of course, but he endorses Advocare ONLY for product.

You're the one that is clueless if you think he doesn't think the products are great. If he endorsed GNC, he could get free products AND cash!

Guest

Try again, Advocare PAYS it's endorsers. If not directly by pay check then by product.

Advocare "donates" a lot of money to the Drew Brees foundation. Advocare is also listed on Drew Brees web site as a "paid endorser".

Stop swallowing the Advocare lies.

Drew Brees is AdvoCare's only paid endorser being that he is their official spokesperson. Do your research.

Anybody that hates on Advocare has never been to a major meeting or has never been to the Success School it offers to learn all about Advocare. The company is second to NONE, and not to mention there is no other company in the world that has as many non-paid endorsers as Advocare.

Drew Brees is the national spokesman for Advocare. If you go in to a NFL locker room majority of the players are taking Advocare. For all of you haters out there go truly learn about the company before bashing it.

I love Advocare, it has truly changed my life and soon to be financially and I have only been involved 3 monthns. Also in my Dad's first month on the products and following the eating guidelines, he lost 30lbs!

To all those wondering about Advocare and whether their products work or don't work. Here's a thought: Keep in mind that Advocare continues to tell anyone within the sound of thier voices that the products are 'the best' and 'will work everytime if you follow the instructions, guaranteed".

Ok come on. I know almost everyone would be a little skeptical but maybe still a little intrigued. Ok here's an answer for you. Advocare has been in business for over 15 years.

I know because i was manufacturing for them back in the 90's. Anyway, even though thier products are 'the best', they have never released a clinical study on them for anything!!! Now if i had the best products in the world i'd want mountains of real evidence, solid evidence, third party evidence that they are so i don't have to keep saying it. But, if i can't keep saying they are, then everyone may realize that they are actualy sub standard.

Yea, the label looks great on Muscle Fuel but the amounts of beneficial ingredients are negligible. It's called Label Dressing and allows you to say things about your product because of what may be contained inside of it. Here a qucik little questions for all those claims made: How do the ingredients in Advocare's product interact with each other? Are there any degradation issues over time?

Any reactions going on slowly within the product that cause it to absorb moisture and contaminate the ingredients? Are the active ingredients fully reacted?? You'll learn a lot about nutritional ingredients by asking anybody who sells product those questions. Especially about the cost compromises made, which are big for MLM's in particular.

Cost structures for MLM are prohibitivly difficult with complex products because of the UPLINE that everyone takes their cut of.

So, are Advocare products good: well yea, but you can find better, cheaper product at Costco, Vitamin Shoppe, online, etc. simply because Advocare is a marketing company, not a manufacturing company.

Actually there are clinical studies on Advocare. It's called the Alabama, Auburn football programs who have been using it for the last few years. May not win you all the NC's, but it'll *** sure get you there.

Their are considerable studies released on Advocare products. Not to mention I've personally participated in q & a sessions with the doctors that over see research and development.

I am a national level men's physique athlete and have been a natural bodybuilder my entire fitness career. I was also sponsored by a 'national brand' nutrition company prior to learning about Advocare and subsequently dropped them.

Not saying there aren't other good products out there, but I challenge you to find 'clinical' studies on the most 'popular' products.

Or look at who's actually developing them. Companies owned by share holders cut a lot of corners to bolster profits, including the 'level of credibility of the scientists developing them' and what ingredient quality is used.

i just want a simple yes or no does this stuff work im a 15 yr old boy... with a great oppritunity to go far as a running back in football....... can any one tell me if this is the best?

Guest

I'm getting ready to try the 24 day challenge. I'll let you know how it goes.

Oh, and I am not a distributer. My friends friend sells it so she got some for me.

Question for all you wanna bee's out when you try a product it common sense what works for one person might not work for you. If you dont have a clean diet forget about seeing results. What you think you were going to be able to drink beer, eat pizza 3 times a week and hit the gym maybe twice a week!!It dont work that way i get so tired of people downing products when you dont know Crap about Fittness o my bad you think you do!!Ask your self this qustion is it really the product or are you just plan out not sticking to a healthy diet and regiment. Its a life style change saying and doing it are 2 different thing!!Juat to let every one know i dont even take this product or have any tie to it at all.

If you have question about a product consult a trainner i mean come on really you dont have a PHD in Nutrition do you??Simple pick up the phone and call around there every were and talk to a trainner face to face get a feel and see if there the best fit for you.Dont call GNC either people come on really the people are payed straight comisson. So they will sell you any thing.Find a local broker in the game Such as nutriton F/X in San antonio Texas. They are body builders and people that are out to help you reach your goal call just call chase 210-590-**** it will make your life turn around but dont call if your not serious dont wast some one's time if your not ready to make that change!

I am not an Advocare distributer. But I have found that these products have helped kick a soda habit that I thought I was never going to give up.

I also have started getting into shape at a late stage in life. These products have helped a lot. As for muscle Fuel, it is an intense product and I am sure it had different affects on different body types.

It was a great help to me at first, But I found I have to use it sparingly be cause it is harsh on my stomic and I do eat much be for doing an intense workout. You have to know your self

and you will find things that work and thing that don't

@Eliot-

I was just curious if you checked to see what the specialties are of the doctors on this board? I also wondered if you have been to medical school and are aware of the curriculum?

Doctors have extensive training in physiology, neurology, as well as pathology, pharmacologyรขโ‚ฌยฆetc.

Whether or not you feel like you are an expert because you are a "nutritionist," it would behoove you to do a little extra research before you downplay someone else's knowledge. :?
